Checking Colors and Ordering Sample Books

The "Color" section of a product page shows a swatch for each color with its color number and name. When you select a color, "Color:" at the top of the page shows the selected color, and if the product has a photo for each color, the photo changes to that color.

Colors marked "Discontinued" can no longer be ordered. Colors marked "No Stock" cannot be ordered at the moment. For stock availability and lead times, see our Stock guide.

Screens cannot reproduce the texture or sheen of fabrics and other products, and colors look slightly different depending on your monitor. Before you order for bulk production, we recommend checking the actual colors with a sample book.

Even with the same color number, the shade may vary slightly between dye lots. Slight differences from the color in the sample book, and differences in the color or pattern of products made from natural materials (such as buttons and buckles), are not eligible for return or exchange (Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Items).

If a sample book is available for a product, the product page has an "Order Sample Book" section. The sample book is ordered as a separate item, and its price is shown in this section. You need to be logged in to order it.

1. In "Order Sample Book" on the product page, select "Add Sample Book to Cart". If you have more than one shopping bag, choose the bag.
2. A message confirms that the sample book has been added. The memo of the sample book line in your cart contains the item code and name of the product you want to check.
3. Proceed to checkout and place your order in the same way as for other products.

For delivery outside Japan, "International Small Packet" is available only for sample cards and parcels under 2.0 kg, and appears at checkout only when your order is eligible. For deliveries to the United States by International Small Packet, orders that contain only sample cards incur no extra charge for import taxes (Ordering from Outside Japan).

General sample books that are not linked to a product page can be ordered from the Sample Books category. If "Currently, the sample book is out of stock." appears, please contact us from the support page.

For questions about colors or stock, use "Ask About This Product" on the product page. The contact form opens with the product already entered. Including the color number and the quantity you need helps us answer quickly. If you need a sample other than a sample book, please contact us in the same way.
