Finding Products

Type an item code, product name, brand name, or material in the search box in the header. Suggestions appear as you type; select a product, category, or brand to open its page. To see more products, select "View more" to open the search page.

If you select the search box without typing anything, lists of categories, brands, styles, materials, and collections appear, together with your recently viewed items and popular items. You can also press Ctrl + S (Command + S on a Mac) to move to the search box.

If you know the ApparelX ID shown on a product page, type it in the search box in the header and choose the product from the suggestions.

Under "Filters" on the search page, you can narrow down the results by "Color", by "Fabric Width" and "Fabric Weight" (for fabrics), and by "Price" (when logged in). Under "Upload a fabric image", drop a photo of your fabric or click to select one. The main colors are read from the photo so that you can narrow down to products in similar colors. Under "Display Type", choose "By color" to list the results color by color. To remove all filters, select "Clear all".

Use "Sort by" to sort the results by "Most Viewed", "Best Selling", "Newest", "Item Code", "Price: Low to High", or "Price: High to Low".

You can also narrow down the results with "Search by keyword", which searches item codes, product names, descriptions, and materials. To find products that contain all of several words, separate the words with spaces. You can omit hyphens and slashes in item codes.

Select the heart icon on a product page to add the product, including the selected color and size, to your favorites. Open your favorites from the heart icon in the header. In the list, select "Move to Item Page" to return to the product page, and enter tags in "Tag" to organize your favorites. On the search page, select "Show favorite tags" to narrow down products by your tags.

• Recently Viewed: Select "Recently Viewed" in the bar below the header to see the products you have viewed recently.
• Order Again: Select "Order Again" in the bar below the header to see the products you have ordered before and order them again.
• Order History: Select "Add Same Items To Cart" on an order to add all the items of that order to your cart.

If your company has two or more users, use "Select User" to see your colleagues' history and orders as well (Account Registration, Login, and Account Settings).

Some products are not sold in certain countries and are not shown for those countries. If you are looking for a product that is not listed on ApparelX, please contact us from the support page with the item code, color number, size, and quantity, and we will check whether we can source it.
