Apparel OEM and Processing Inquiries

In addition to selling fabrics and trims, ApparelX takes requests for Made-in-Japan apparel production (OEM sewing). The minimum quantity is 50 pieces, and orders under 50 pieces may be accommodated upon request.

We produce tailored garments such as jackets and coats, light clothing such as shirts and pants, casualwear such as blouson jackets, denim, and T-shirts, accessories such as belts and reusable shopping bags, and bags and other sewn products. 1. On the ApparelX OEM page, click "Request a quote / Inquiry" to open the quote request form. You can also open the OEM page from the ApparelX OEM banner on the top page.
2. In the "ApparelX OEM Quote Request Form", describe your OEM project and enter the planned production quantity, your company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. The target sewing cost per garment and file uploads are optional.
3. If you plan to source the textiles and trims through ApparelX, check "Textiles & trims to be sourced via ApparelX".
4. Click "Request a quote". When "Your quote request has been submitted. We will get back to you within 3 business days." appears, your request has been sent, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

You can request a quote without creating an account or logging in. If you are logged in, your company name, name, email address, and phone number are filled in automatically.

To upload files, you can drag and drop images into the "Drop or click" box. For PDF files, click the box and select the file. When possible, convert Excel and pattern files to PDF before uploading.

A typical timeline when you already have a tech pack or pattern:

1. Quote request
2. Quote (in a few business days)
3. First sample (about 1 month)
4. Mass production and delivery (about 2 months for about 200 pieces)

If you do not have a tech pack or pattern, we can create them from your concept. A physical sample or reference images help the project proceed more smoothly. Early-stage consultations are also welcome.

For delivery outside Japan, we will discuss the delivery method and terms with you when we prepare your quote.
