Order Units, Minimum Quantities, and Cutting Fees

On a product page, the price is shown per order unit, for example "Per Meter(M)". If a product can be ordered in more than one unit, such as meters and rolls, choose the unit in the "Unit" section.

If a product has order conditions, they are shown under the quantity box as "** Order quantity: ..." (for example, a minimum quantity or the increments in which it can be ordered). If the quantity does not meet the conditions, the product cannot be added to the cart and a message such as "Order quantity must be ..." appears. Please adjust the quantity.

Some products can be ordered only as the full available stock. For these products, select "Take all" in the "Stock List" to enter the quantity. Their quantity cannot be changed in the cart.

If a product can be ordered by the roll, choose the roll unit in the "Unit" section.

The exact length of a full roll may differ from the quantity you ordered. We will notify you once the final length is confirmed. If you pay by credit card, any additional amount is charged after the length is confirmed. If you pay by bank transfer, please pay after the length is confirmed. For products with a cutting fee, the "Option" section of the product page shows the cutting fee with its condition (such as a length range) and amount. When you add a quantity that meets the condition to the cart, the cutting fee is added automatically, and the option is marked "This option cannot be removed".

In the cart and at checkout, the cutting fee is shown as a separate line under the product and marked "Cannot Remove". The cutting fee is charged for each cart line (each color and size). If you change the quantity in the cart, the cutting fee is updated to match the condition.

Whether a cutting fee applies when you take all the remaining fabric depends on the manufacturer. Please ask us from "Ask About This Product" on the product page.

Even when fabric is cut to your length, it may have a break (split) and arrive in two or more pieces. When there is a split, we cut the fabric slightly longer. Full rolls may also contain splits, so please order with some allowance. Splits are not eligible for return or exchange (Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Items).
