At ApparelX OEM, we accept original prints that print your design data onto polyester textile from as little as 3m.
Until now, we have introduced this service to order suit shops as a way to create a “one-of-a-kind lining in the world,” but it is not limited to suit linings. It can also be used directly for product planning for ready-made items such as outer linings for blousons and coats, polyester shirts and blouses, scarves, and accessories.
“We want to express our brand’s world through the lining,” “We want to make limited-edition patterned items in small lots,” “We want to make the textile original from the start, but large lots are difficult.” We provide integrated support from printing to sewing for those needs.
We have received many orders and inquiries due to the attention drawn by the original printed lining in the jacket worn by baseball player Ohtani in Major League Baseball. 
At the Red Carpet Show held before the All-Star Game, he wore a brown suit from a certain brand and showed a jacket with pictures of his beloved dogs drawn all over the lining. After this news, we also received multiple inquiries, and in fact some customers ordered prints of their own beloved dogs in the same way.
Sublimation printing is a method in which transfer paper printed with a design by inkjet is layered onto the textile, and heat and pressure are used to fix the ink into the fibers. Because no plate is made, small-lot production is possible.
If the material is polyester, it can be printed regardless of whether it is lining or outer fabric. In ready-made product planning, the following uses are possible.

In addition to representative weaves such as satin, twill, and organza, we also support stretch materials such as mesh, ultra-thin textiles, and 2-way stretch.
The compatible composition is basically 100% polyester. In addition to the textiles we carry, we can also print on customer-provided textiles.

All of these are polyester textiles. As a rule, please prepare white textile for printing, so please inquire about color numbers and stock.
Printing is available from a minimum of 3m. Up to 3m is a flat rate, and beyond that is calculated in 1m increments.
Due to the printing process, textile must be prepared at the printing length plus 1m. For example, if printing 3m, please prepare 4m of textile, and the printing charge will be for 3m.

If you submit Illustrator (ai) or PDF data that is complete through layout placement, there will be no data processing fee. Please specify colors in CMYK.
Even if you do not have finished data, it is also possible to create a pattern from photos or material images (separate data processing fee). Because you can check the finished image before printing, it helps reduce cases where the result is different from the image you had in mind.
At ApparelX OEM, we can handle everything from arranging printed textile to sewing the product. Ordering only the textile is also possible.
The following are example cases to help you imagine how the service can be used.
Case 1: Blouson lining for an apparel brand
Print an archive pattern from the brand as the lining of a standard fall/winter blouson. By keeping the outer fabric standard and changing only the lining to a limited pattern, you can create freshness for each season.
Case 2: Special-order shirt for a select shop
Print an original all-over pattern from the shop onto polyester shirt textile. Because it can be made from 3m, you can first see the response with a small quantity and then consider additional production.
Case 3: Original illustration for accessory products
Print an original pattern and use it for scarves and pouches. Photo-like expression is one of sublimation printing’s strengths.
In the past, we also received a request to randomly arrange photos of a beloved dog on the lining of a custom suit. We can handle everything from images taken with a smartphone through clipping and layout, leading to repeat orders.
Finally, here is an introduction to an example order. The above image has been mosaicked because it is a customer-ordered item, so please understand.
Here is the actual process for this order.
The customer requested:
・Random placement of dog images
・Brown background
・Dog images taken with a smartphone
・Instructions for the size of each image
・Instructions for how far apart to place them
That is all.
Normally, if we receive completed data, there will be no data processing fee,
but it is also possible to receive images and perform the cutting work.

When we saw the actual finished product, the images were neatly cut out with no awkward frames, and it was a very satisfactory finish.
We can create a finished image data file for you, so you can check the data before proceeding to the actual printing process, which should greatly reduce the chance of ending up with something different from what you imagined.
The background color this time was brown, but the actual printing was done on white lining.
Printing on dark-colored materials does not produce a clear pattern, so basically it is preferable to print on white materials.
This time, we used this [WF1209V], which also has a soft texture.
