Frequently asked questions
When can I use the reward?
When the company you referred purchases a total of (excluding tax, shipping, and amounts paid with points or coupons) within days of signing up, the reward is added as "Pending". It is confirmed and ready to use days after the qualifying order ships.
Which companies can I refer?
Companies that have not yet registered with ApparelX. Your own company and companies with the same address, phone number, or email domain are not eligible.
Can I post the link on social media?
Yes. Use it on your own social media, blog, or newsletter, and make it clear that you may receive a reward. Please do not post it in search ads or on coupon or points sites.
Who can use the points?
They are added to your company's account balance and can be used by all users in your company.
Can I refer companies in other countries?
Yes. In that case, the reward amounts, conditions, and periods follow the rules for the referred company's country or region. When the company signs up, we show the condition and reward for that referral under "Referral status" and by email. Companies outside Japan receive points in their own currency. For companies outside Japan, orders delivered to addresses in Japan do not count toward the condition.
