QI ordered fabric by the roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?
When you order fabric by the roll, the exact length of a full roll may vary, so the delivered quantity may be slightly more or less than the quantity you ordered.
If the quantity changes from your order, we will notify you of the quantity by email each time.
If the quantity is greater, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it is less, credit card payments are charged the lower amount (your card is charged when your order ships).
