This hidden-type new fastener features the shape of the spring and stud, and can be differentiated from conventional products when the underpart is visible, such as at the opening of an outerwear collar.
This item comes with a washer, so the Head is not included.
There are two sizes: large (5050) and small (5301). This product is the large size. Although it is a hidden-type fastener, the Head can also be attached.
When using the button seal, the recommended sizes are 12×3.5 for 5050B and 9×3 for WS-8D.

Which striking tool should I choose for Morito press fastener and eyelet installation tools?

Morito's Hand Press NO.45 or Hand Press Small NO.PM-1. Both can be used with Morito's snap fastener installation tool.

Can the striker be repaired or replaced?

The die is a consumable item, so except for initial defects, we generally do not accept repairs or replacements for deterioration or damage to the elastic band due to aging.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you purchase a replacement.
*To slow the deterioration of the elastic band over time and extend its lifespan, please return the die to the bag and box it came in immediately after use.

Where should the button seal for the eyelet be placed?

It goes between the washer and the fabric.

Do press fasteners and eyelets need button seals?

For thin fabric, we recommend using a button seal, as it helps prevent the fabric from tearing after repeated attachment and removal, and reduces the risk of it coming loose.
For thick fabric such as leather, it may not fit and may not be able to be fastened, so please check with a sample before considering it.

Can press fasteners be ordered from one piece?

Basically, there is no minimum order quantity, and it can be arranged from one piece. Unit price varies depending on the quantity.
* Some products, such as certain plastic press fasteners, may have lot sizes such as 100 pieces.
