This fabric has a light, lingerie-like hand and serves as a knee lining that reduces stickiness in slacks during hot weather. Also, with sheer summer fabrics, the knee lining is made in a full lining specification to conceal underwear, and another key point is its stretch, which prevents pulling when walking or crouching.
・Drapes well to blend with any outer fabric ・Moderate stretch that effectively protects the face fabric ・No need to worry about fraying, selvagepuckering, or puckering ・No need to worry about marks (staining) either. ・Excellent dimensional stability, so it will not lose its shape.
Stretch: Never pull the lining during sewing. Pattern: Cut about 2–3% larger than the outer fabric. (Especially in the lengthwise direction) Sewing machine needle: Use a fine #9–11 needle, and pay special attention to any flattening of the needle tip. Slim point needles (S type, KM type) are effective. Iron: If using a steam iron, 160°C–180°C is the suitable temperature.
Is it possible to order fabric without any splice?
For cut-to-order items, this is possible, but for orders of 5 m or more, an interruption in the middle may occur. If there is an interruption in the middle for cut items, we cut them slightly longer. Also, even for roll items, there may be an interruption in the middle, so please place your order with some extra quantity to allow for waste (loss).
I ordered fabric by the roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?
When you order fabric by the roll, the exact length of a full roll may vary, so the delivered quantity may be slightly more or less than the quantity you ordered. If the quantity changes from your order, we will notify you of the quantity by email each time. If the quantity is greater, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it is less, credit card payments are charged the lower amount (your card is charged when your order ships). If you have already paid by bank transfer, or used a payment method that is charged when you place the order, such as Alipay, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipping.
Can I get test data for the lining?
