Black satin is printed with silver ink.
Black satin is available only in 32 mm width.
The size refers to width. Widths other than those listed may also be available, so please feel free to contact us.
A plate fee is charged as a small order fee for making care tags, so we also charge the plate fee for repeat orders.

Why isn't the submitted data printing well?

Because this is ink ribbon printing, large solid areas such as logos, extremely thin fonts, and characters with many strokes may cause cracking, smudging, or blurring in the printed result. There are also cases where the issue cannot be improved even after adjustments. In addition, black satin is difficult to print on, so if printing does not come out well on black satin, we recommend switching to white satin.

Is the pattern fee charged even for repeat orders?

Even for repeat orders, a pattern fee is generally charged as a pattern setup fee.

What is the process after ordering care tags (washing instructions)?

After you complete your order from the product page, please send the care tag data to this address (info@apparelx.jp) or to your order representative, and once the data has been confirmed, we will arrange it with the manufacturer. We will contact you by email as soon as the sample is ready, and after you check the printed details, we will proceed to mass production.

What information is required on the care tag (washing instructions)?

The following three items must be included.

1. Fiber composition
(Indicate the fiber names and blend ratio)
2. Care instructions for household washing, etc.
(Use care symbols and indicate in accordance with the provisions of JIS L0217 4.1 and 4.3)
3. Additional information on the labeler, etc.
(Add the labeler's "name or company name" and "address or phone number")

Can care tags be printed horizontally?

Yes, it is possible. With horizontal printing, the ink may sink into the grain of the fabric and the print may not appear, so the font and size need to be adjusted so that the print comes out clearly.

Can you arrange tags with no pattern?

Yes, it is possible. Please select the size and color, then write that you want No pattern and the desired length in the order memo field. Also, even for No pattern, a pattern fee will be charged as a small order fee.

What file formats are supported for submitting care tag data?

We accept submissions in PDF files, Illustrator files, and document data.
If you submit data such as PDF or Illustrator files, please make sure to convert text to outlines and embed all linked files before submitting.
