Why is the product image "NO IMAGE"?

"NO IMAGE" is the one for which the license has not been obtained from the manufacturer. We will continue negotiations to improve the customer experience and will release it as soon as permission is obtained.

There are white streaks on the back of the coated shell button for dyeing, the UST series and the USB series.

It is a specification because it is a mark attached by the manufacturer to distinguish it from the normal product number that is not coated.

How long does it take to deliver the cloth button?

Although it depends on the quantity, if you order a small quantity of samples and one product number, we can ship it in about 2 to 3 days as soon as the fabric arrives at our company.
It depends on the number and type, so if you are concerned about the delivery date, please contact us each time.

Please explain the process for dyeing buttons, including how to specify the colors.

Regarding color specifications, please either send us the actual target item or provide instructions using YKK color codes or lining color numbers.
Regarding delivery time, samples can be produced in about 4 days, and mass production can be completed within about a week. *This may vary slightly depending on the workload at the dyeing factory.

The process is as follows: Once you place your order and specify the color, we will dye the item and deliver it to you.
We will check the colors here, but if any corrections are needed, please send it back and we will make the necessary changes.

Is it possible to request each button in every color?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but as we are involved in apparel production, we will accept requests for samples, but if there are a large number of requests, we may decline your request.

Is it possible to dye non-coated shell button?

Is possible. A separate coating fee and coating delivery time will be required. For details, please contact us from the support page .

Is it possible to laser engrave (logo) on the button?

It is possible depending on the button type. If you would like an estimate, please send us the product number, size, color, quantity, and logo data (illustrator, PDF, etc. that shows the logo design).

*Laser engraving is not possible on materials made of nylon, acrylic, or glass. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to order button samples?

We are sorry, but we cannot arrange button samples free of charge. It is possible to order from a minimum of 1 piece, so please place an order from each product page.

How long does it take to deliver a dyed button?

It depends on the quantity and the number of colors, but if it is about 1 to 3 colors, it can be shipped in about 1 week.

The white button looks yellow. It looks like the colors are different even though they have the same color number depending on the size.

In the case of white or light color such as polyester material, the color of the button may change due to the influence of lot and aging at the time of production.
If you really want to match the color, there are methods such as dyeing according to the color of the textile from the one for dyeing.
However, even if dyed, the color may change over time such as 5 to 10 years.
