I ordered the textile by roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?
When you order textile by the roll, it is usually arranged as estimated rolls, so the quantity may be slightly more or less than the quantity you ordered. Therefore, if there is any change from the quantity you ordered, we will notify you by email each time. If the quantity is higher, we will request additional payment for the difference; if the quantity is lower, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipment is completed.
Please tell me the difference between steam processing and hot-water processing.
Steam finishing → This is roll goods that have been straightened by applying steam. Hot-water finishing → This is roll goods that have been straightened by passing them through hot water. It is less likely to shrink than steam finishing, but because it takes more work, the price is higher.
