1. Contribution to reducing environmental impact
(1) &+TM
&+TM is a new recycled fiber brand made from used PET bottles. The raw material for &+TM is clean PET bottles collected and properly sorted at municipalities and stores in Japan. Through careful "sorting" and "crushing," and advanced "washing," a high-purity "pellet" with whiteness and viscosity equivalent to petroleum-based virgin raw materials is produced using proprietary "filtering technology" developed together with partner companies, and is reborn as thread. This product is an environmentally friendly material that uses &+TM in the warp yarn.
*Recycled raw material content: approx. 64%
(2) Plant-based raw materials
A portion of the bi-component composite yarn in the weft yarn uses plant-based raw materials. Even if CO2 is emitted when the final product is discarded, it is considered CO2 absorbed during the growth process of the plant-based materials.
2. Stretchability
This product is a stretch woven lining pleat using PTT / PET bi-component composite yarn for the weft yarn. It is a comfortable lining with approximately 20% weft stretch.
3. Drape
It has excellent drape due to its high-crimp woven structure, high weight reduction processing, and special soft finish.

Regarding the handling of lining in sewing
With regard to TORAY Tetoron lining, we endeavor to maintain thorough quality control in accordance with our production management standards; however, depending on the surface fabric material design, cutting, sewing specifications and conditions, and use outside the intended application, the product characteristics may be affected. Please be sure to confirm sufficiently before sewing.

Request for cutting one roll of 100% polyester
When sewing our processed products, due to differences in greige fabric, dyes, and various lots, even dyeing within the same batch may result in slight color differences, so please be sure to cut from one roll only.

Is it possible to order textile without any splice?

For cut-to-order items, this is possible, but for orders of 5 m or more, an interruption in the middle may occur.
If there is an interruption in the middle for cut items, we cut them slightly longer.
Also, even for roll items, there may be an interruption in the middle, so please place your order with some extra quantity to allow for waste (loss).

I ordered textile by the roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?

When you order textile by the roll, it is usually arranged as an estimated roll, so the quantity may be more or less than the quantity you ordered.
Therefore, if the quantity changes from what you ordered, we will notify you of the quantity by email each time.
If the quantity is greater, you will need to pay the difference; if the quantity is less, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipment is completed.

Can I get test data for the lining?
