Ballistic nylon cloth is an ultra-strong 66 nylon developed in the United States for bulletproof vests and for military use in anti-aircraft gunners' vests.
Ballistic nylon (JIS standard name nylon 66) is heat-resistant, puncture-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, and is strong enough to be used in bulletproof vests.
It is highly durable as it is five times stronger than regular nylon.
It is a fairly thick 2520d nylon textile, so it has been used not only for bags but also for outdoor goods (chairs), and boasts strength that does not stretch or become worn out easily.

In the 1980s, nylon 6, which was popular at the time and had good dyeability, was being developed into a super strong nylon material that could be used outdoors.
The nylon thread used by Asahi KASEI is Leona 66, a 66 nylon with a thick count of 2150d, and we were able to successfully dye it all the way to the core using a high-pressure jigger dyeing machine.
The nylon fabric used at the time was the same type used in bulletproof vests in the United States.
As part of the domestic production of strong thread, weaving, and dyeing, TOPRUN Co., Ltd. began selling the fabric in outdoor colors, and it has become a long-selling product that is used in a variety of products such as bags and outdoor goods.
Around 1998, Asahi KASEI stopped producing Leona 66 thread, and now TORAY Industries uses 66 nylon. With the recent outdoor boom, this product has become a hit again.

What is the difference between TP001/TP002 Cordura Ballistic Nylon and TP003 Ballistic Nylon?

Cordura ballistic nylon is woven in Korea and dyed in Korea using INVISTA Cordura thread.
Among cordura thread, 66 nylon is used, and cordura ballistic is woven with two 840d cordura nylon warps and wefts of 1680d in a plain weave.

Barrister nylon is woven in Japan using TORAY 66 nylon thread from Japan and dyed with a high pressure jigger at a dyeing factory in Japan. textile ultra-thick 66 nylon made in Japan. It is the strongest class among the textile on sale. (2520d I don't think there is a textile thicker than this.)

Can you provide pertex textile?

Unfortunately, we do not sell textile such as Pertex in stock.
While protecting the trademark, we apply for a brand name and purchase the textile in lots, so we cannot arrange it for you.

Can I have the textile cut to a specific size?

This is possible depending on the type of textile and size. (Additional processing fees will apply.)

If I purchase the roll of textile, is it possible to let me know the number of one roll's length in advance?

In the case of rolls, we cannot tell you the number of M because the number of rolls allocated varies depending on the timing of the order.
Also, we are very sorry, but we cannot specify the number of M because the number of one roll's length per roll is different.

I would like a hangtag/woven label for textile with a trademark.

Regarding hangtags and woven labels, if the manufacturer of the seller is different, the price and conditions will be different. If you order the textile, we can arrange it from one piece. Basically, there are many tags that are prepared, but there is a possibility that there is no woven label, so when ordering textile, please let us know the product number of the textile, the number of tags, woven labels, etc. .

I ordered the textile by roll, but the quantity is not the quantity I ordered?

If you order the textile by roll, it is usually arranged in random rolls, so the quantity you receive may vary.
Therefore, if you change the quantity you ordered, we will inform you of the quantity by e-mail each time.
If the quantity is large, we will make an additional payment for the difference, and if the quantity is small, we will refund the difference within a few days after the shipment is completed.

The color swatch in the sample book and the color of the textile I actually ordered are out of sync, is it possible to exchange it?

There are some differences depending on the material of the fiber, but for textile products, color deviation may occur depending on the lot. Therefore, if it is slightly blurred, we cannot exchange it, but if it is considerably blurred, we will discuss with the manufacturer and take measures such as replacement.

The sample card has a woven label and tag, but is it not included with the textile order?

The woven label and tag will be arranged separately. If you can indicate the desired quantity in the remarks column when ordering, we will check with the manufacturer if it can be arranged.

Is it possible to custom order a color that is not listed in the sample card?

Since the availability, delivery date, unit price, etc. will change depending on the part number, please indicate on the support page or in the remarks column when ordering. I will check with the manufacturer.

I purchased a sample card, but there are colors not listed on ApparelX. Is it possible to purchase?

Is possible. When new colors are added by the manufacturer, the sample card will be updated, but there may be cases where the roll is not reflected on ApparelX.

Is it possible to print if there is no development below?

If it is under P or there is no development of color numbers for dyeing, we may print from white, etc., but there may be cases where the printing does not go well due to the chemical.

What color is the bottom P?

Under P, PFP (Prepare for Print) is unprocessed and undyed textile that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is it possible to order the textile so that there is no middle cut?

It is possible to cut to order it, but if it is 5m or more, it may be cut off.
In the case of cutting, if there is a cut in the middle, the cut is slightly longer.
Also, even in the case of original rolls, there may be pieces inside, so please order in quantities with a margin (loss).
