Organic cotton refers to cotton grown on farmland certified by a certification body, after 2 to 3 years or more of organic production practices in accordance with standards for the production methods of organic agricultural products, etc., and cultivated in compliance with strict standards for the pesticides and fertilizers used in cultivation.
OC-F contains 20% natural rubber, but will there be any issues with sewing?
Besides "OC-F," woven elastic containing natural rubber has also been used for decades. During sewing, it is possible for the rubber threads to be cut by the sewing machine needle, but since woven elastic contains many natural rubber threads—several dozen of them— I do not think there would be much problem in use if only one of them were cut. It is unlikely that all of the natural rubber would break.
OC-F is said to be organic cotton, but is it possible to dye it?
It may be possible to dye it, but once it is dyed, it will no longer be “organic cotton.” Some dyes made from natural materials, such as “plant dyeing” or “indigo dyeing,” may still be described as “organic.” However, please note that if it is dyed with the dyes normally used, it cannot be described as “organic.”
Are the size numbers for corduroy elastic (such as 4 corduroy) not in mm?
The standard number indicates how many elastic threads are inside the elastic band. 4 Corduroy contains 4 elastic threads. Please check the product description for the mm size.
Please tell me what to keep in mind when requesting heat cutting for round elastic band.
Because the stretch rates of the outer material and the inner material (elastic band) are different, there is a possibility that the inner material may protrude, or that the finish may not be very neat. Please place your processing request with this in mind.
