- The greige fabric is refined with minimal mechanical pressure or tension, then dyed over a long period of time, and finally dried in the sun to preserve the texture and appearance of the material.

[Rare linen Jacquard]
The linen thread is made from European raw thread , woven in a jacquard pattern in Enshu, and then dyed.
This textile is hand-dyed by skilled artisans with unique techniques, and then dried in the textile , exposed to the strong winds of the Enshu region known as "Enshu no Karakaze," along with plenty of sunlight.
The fabric was dyed carefully in small batches, resulting in a unique color and texture that creates a wonderful atmosphere.
The rich textures inherent in natural materials are preserved through small-batch, handcrafted processes that avoid applying mechanical pressure or tension to the textile. The scouring and dyeing process takes a long time, and the garments are finished by sun-drying to maintain their natural appearance.

SHIBAYA textile cost a cutting fee for every meter, but does the textile come in one continuous piece?

If you require cutting, the cutting fee is set at 500 yen per metre, so whether you are ordering 1m or 10m, the cable will generally be arranged in a connected state.
However, please note that in the case of long cuts such as 10m, there may be breaks in the middle.

Can you provide pertex textile?

Unfortunately, we do not sell textile such as Pertex in stock.
While protecting the trademark, we apply for a brand name and purchase the textile in lots, so we cannot arrange it for you.

Can I have the textile cut to a specific size?

This is possible depending on the type of textile and size. (Additional processing fees will apply.)

Can I have the textile printed?

Printing is possible on textile with P underlay.
If you let us know the data and quantity, we will send you a quote.

If I purchase the roll of textile, is it possible to let me know the number of one roll's length in advance?

In the case of rolls, we cannot tell you the number of M because the number of rolls allocated varies depending on the timing of the order.
Also, we are very sorry, but we cannot specify the number of M because the number of one roll's length per roll is different.

I would like a hangtag/woven label for textile with a trademark.

Regarding hangtags and woven labels, if the manufacturer of the seller is different, the price and conditions will be different. If you order the textile, we can arrange it from one piece. Basically, there are many tags that are prepared, but there is a possibility that there is no woven label, so when ordering textile, please let us know the product number of the textile, the number of tags, woven labels, etc. .

I want test data of the fabric.

I ordered the textile by roll, but the quantity is not the quantity I ordered?

If you order the textile by roll, it is usually arranged in random rolls, so the quantity you receive may vary.
Therefore, if you change the quantity you ordered, we will inform you of the quantity by e-mail each time.
If the quantity is large, we will make an additional payment for the difference, and if the quantity is small, we will refund the difference within a few days after the shipment is completed.

The color swatch in the sample book and the color of the textile I actually ordered are out of sync, is it possible to exchange it?

There are some differences depending on the material of the fiber, but for textile products, color deviation may occur depending on the lot. Therefore, if it is slightly blurred, we cannot exchange it, but if it is considerably blurred, we will discuss with the manufacturer and take measures such as replacement.

The sample card has a woven label and tag, but is it not included with the textile order?

The woven label and tag will be arranged separately. If you can indicate the desired quantity in the remarks column when ordering, we will check with the manufacturer if it can be arranged.
As soon as we can confirm, we will contact you about the payment method.

Is it possible to custom order a color that is not listed in the sample card?

Since the availability, delivery date, unit price, etc. will change depending on the part number, please indicate on the support page or in the remarks column when ordering. I will check with the manufacturer.

I purchased a sample card, but there are colors not listed on ApparelX. Is it possible to purchase?

Is possible. When new colors are added by the manufacturer, the sample card will be updated, but there may be cases where the roll is not reflected on ApparelX.

Is it possible to print if there is no development below?

If it is under P or there is no development of color numbers for dyeing, we may print from white, etc., but there may be cases where the printing does not go well due to the chemical.

What color is the bottom P?

Under P, PFP (Prepare for Print) is unprocessed and undyed textile that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is it possible to order the textile so that there is no middle cut?

It is possible to cut to order it, but if it is 5m or more, it may be cut off.
In the case of cutting, if there is a cut in the middle, the cut is slightly longer.
Also, even in the case of original rolls, there may be pieces inside, so please order in quantities with a margin (loss).
