CLEANSE, an antiviral textile processing technology, is a proprietary Kurabo technology that utilizes the immobilized antibacterial ingredient Etak® to strongly immobilize it on the surface of textiles. It reduces the number of specific viruses on textiles by more than 99%. I would like to know the processing status and delivery date for colors that are not in stock.

Can Sojitz Fashion's textile be shipped directly from the manufacturer?

Sojitz Fashion's textile can basically be sent directly from the manufacturer.
If you wish to have the product shipped directly from the manufacturer, please indicate "Direct shipment from the manufacturer" when placing your order.
*For orders placed in the afternoon, even if you request direct delivery from the manufacturer, the earliest delivery will be the next business day from the manufacturer.

There are white marks on the ears of the textile. Is this dirty?

Unfortunately, we do not sell textile such as Pertex in stock.

I would like a hangtag/woven label for textile with a trademark.

Regarding hangtags and woven labels, if the manufacturer of the seller is different, the price and conditions will be different. If you order the textile, we can arrange it from one piece. I ordered the textile by roll, but the quantity is not the quantity I ordered?

If you order the textile by roll, it is usually arranged in random rolls, so the quantity you receive may vary.
Therefore, if you change the quantity you ordered, we will inform you of the quantity by e-mail each time.
If the quantity is large, we will make an additional payment for the difference, and if the quantity is small, we will refund the difference within a few days after the shipment is completed.

The color swatch in the sample book and the color of the textile I actually ordered are out of sync, is it possible to exchange it?

There are some differences depending on the material of the fiber, but for textile products, color deviation may occur depending on the lot. Therefore, if it is slightly blurred, we cannot exchange it, but if it is considerably blurred, we will discuss with the manufacturer and take measures such as replacement.

The sample card has a woven label and tag, but is it not included with the textile order?

The woven label and tag will be arranged separately. If you can indicate the desired quantity in the remarks column when ordering, we will check with the manufacturer if it can be arranged.

Is it possible to custom order a color that is not listed in the sample card?

Is it possible to print if there is no development below?

If it is under P or there is no development of color numbers for dyeing, we may print from white, etc., but there may be cases where the printing does not go well due to the chemical.

Under P, PFP (Prepare for Print) is unprocessed and undyed textile that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is it possible to order the textile so that there is no middle cut?

It is possible to cut to order it, but if it is 5m or more, it may be cut off.
