Because the weft threads are all wool, the fabric is very stiff, making it more suitable for shoulder bass than chest bass.
The manufacturer recommends this for making formal English-style clothing, and the size is for shoulder length. I think it would be best to use it with a slightly thicker haircloth interlining.

Single dot is made by solidifying fine powdered adhesive and transferring it in a dotted pattern onto the base fabric.
Because the adhesive is fine, it is less likely to bleed through thin materials and less likely to cause fading.
Double dot has a two-layer structure, with a gel-like adhesive forming the base and powdered adhesive layered on top of it.
It provides strong adhesion for a wide range of materials.
