- This thread maintains the appearance and texture of regular polyester filament and produces beautiful finished stitches.
- No clogging of the sewing machine due to peeling of the coating agent occurs. Also, there is no need to clean up the peeled residue, which improves work efficiency.
- Due to its outstanding adhesiveness, the thread is less likely to break even when the thread becomes hot during twin needle or multi-directional sewing, so there are fewer problems than with conventional resin-coated types.
- The movement of twist is suppressed, so there is no accumulation of twist, the loop shape is good, and problems such as skipped stitches do not occur.
- The fibers do not open when the thread is cut, making it easy to thread the thread.
